OPA Deadline Coming Up For Opt-Outs

BCA Oil Spill Client Update – Jan. 7, 2013

Dear Client,

Our records show that we do not have a signed OPA (Oil Pollution Act) Presentment Form from you. It is IMPERATIVE that you complete this form and return it to BCA by January 10th. Because OPA requires that you make a formal demand to BP and allow BP 90 days to respond, this form MUST be returned to BCA prior to the January 10th deadline in order to preserve your right to file suit against BP prior to the April 20th, 2013 statute of limitations.
