Deepwater Horizon Settlement Now Open

Today marks a mile stone for many people that have been dealing with the economical effects from the 2010 BP oil spill, the Deepwater Horizon settlement is now open for business and the attorneys are submitting claims like their was no tomorrow. The office of Brent Coon & Associates have shut down all incoming phone calls to get as many claims submitted to the Deepwater Horizon settlements as possible, in the short window we have to do so.

If you have not started the process of getting money from the settlement its time for you to get started now. Fill out a form and flow though the process of getting an attorney to submit your claim for you. This could mean a nice compensation for all the wrong that BP’s oil spill did in 2010. This could get your finances back in order after the oil spill.

As an observer of all things related to the BP claims process I think this is it, this is where people are finally gonna get paid, if they have an attorney that submits things correctly for them to the Deepwater settlement.

Deepwater Horizon Settlement Hard To Figure Out

So I have been looking at the claims forms and as most of your guys know I live on Navarre Beach, I have also told you guys that I have never before had a claim for the BP oil spill be cause it did not damage me economically since my business is in the woodworking industry. However in this new Deepwater Horizon Settlements I have a claim since I lost the use and enjoyment of my house in 2010. Now I have looked at the claims forms to see what I need to do to file for my loss of the use and enjoyment of my house. Its easy enough to find out what zone I am in since I am on the beach in Navarre so it would be Zone A. Then I look at the claims forms I have to fill out and I don’t know if its just me but the length of the forms and complication of the questions I have to answer I am just not sure what to do.

So I will fill out a form on this website and be like one of my readers and I will share with your guys what happens to my claim. How the whole process goes and keep everybody up to date on what happens when.

My BP Settlement Process

Today I have fill out a form on this page, after I submitted the form I was put over to an attorney page of D.Miller and Brent Coon where they needed some extra information like an intake form and I got to ask for their representation for my claim. I filled all that out it took about 10 minutes but I got all my information over to the attorneys and told them a little bit about what I do and what my claim is for.

I am now waiting for the attorneys to get back to me will update when they have………

If you want to join me and get your claim done by the attorneys and submitted to the settlement fill out a form and follow the process I am doing.

When Is The Deepwater Horizon Settlement Deadline

Well it started today June 4 2012 and the opt out deadline is October 1 2012, if you have not opt out at that time you have to accept what they offer you in the settlement even if its not good. That is why you want to get your claims in as soon as you can and hopefully receive a settlement number back before October 1 2012. This way you can still decide if you want to opt in or opt out of the deepwater horizon settlements.

I am still thinking that we will see press releases every week starting this week of all the money the Deepwater Horizon settlement is paying out and it will not be a long wait until we see these numbers, maybe as early as Friday we are going to see the first press release like this.
